5. Payments & Billing
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable.
- All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
- Downgrading your plan may cause loss of features or capacity — we are not liable for any such loss.
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
6. Data & Privacy
- We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and security measures.
- We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
- Content you provide may be processed by third-party AI services (e.g. Anthropic, OpenAI, Perplexity) to deliver the Service.
- You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
7. Usage Limits & Fair Use
- Each subscription plan includes specific limits on article generation, keywords, and API usage.
- Exceeding these limits may result in throttling or temporary restriction of features.
- Automated or programmatic access to the Service must comply with our rate limits.
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts that engage in abusive or excessive usage patterns.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any AI-generated content.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
- We are not responsible for any loss of rankings, traffic, or revenue resulting from use of the Service.
9. Termination
- You may cancel your account at any time from the account settings page.

- Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
